Nader (Samir Ghanem) and Al-Zanati Khalifa (George Sidhom) are two doctors who are friends, but they are very different from each other. Nader, the son of the dean of the medical school, succeeded based on people's respect for his father, and used his work as a path to quick profit and wealth at the expense of professional ethics. Al-Zanati is an honorable doctor who spent seven years in Upper Egypt and is faithful to the Hippocratic oath. Dialogues take place between the two about morals and society, and about the differences between each of them.
