The film is divided into two parts. In the first part, the character of Hazalom returns again, and its events take place on the planet Rivo in space. Hazalom impersonates the planet's leader because of his resemblance to him. In the second part, Dick tries to protect his farm animals from the wolves and hyenas that surround the farm and impose taxes on them.
