The series revolves around a veterinarian named Shalabi (Mustafa Fahmy) graduating from the faculty of medicine and decides to return to kufr in order to open a clinic and serve the people of disbelief and at the same time decide son of his colleague but with human medicine to return also to disbelief after she finished her studies in order to open a clinic and chance that she opened the clinic in front of Dr. Shalabi clinic.
